Saucy Sloppy Joes

I love making a big batch of sloppy joes.  We ate a lot the first night and then froze the leftovers for another night.  This was great with cranberry sauce and the liquid smoke, sweet and smokey.

My husband ate his on this enormous bun but I ate mine on a corn tortilla, which was delicious. I also like putting sloppy joes over baked potatoes or sweet potatoes to make it gluten free.
