Sempre a pensar em decoração, principalmente de mesas, aqui estão algumas fotos com pormenores que um dia irei usar numa linda mesinha... 

As cores? Os dourados, brilhos, lilás, que adoro - e adoro aquelas florzinhas dourado-esverdeadas, é daquelas cores que me aquece o coração!

The colours? Gold, glitter, lilac, that I love - and I love those golden-green little flowers, that is the kind of colour that warms my heart!

Short vacations...

Hoje entro de férias, durante uma semana. Espero ter tempo de vir aqui para vos visitar e ir mostrando algumas das inspirações para os anos da Carlota (e da Conchinha, que também vai festejar em conjunto com a irmã). Quero ter tempo para o blog! :)

Tirei umas fotos a correr, de umas rosas que adoro - são artificiais. Espero que gostem. Eu também adoro as fitas...

Sometimes

Às vezes, quando estou cansada - não só fisicamente, mas cansada, cansada de pensar e de gastar energias com o que não é importante - distraio-me a ver coisas bonitas. Gosto de ver coisas bonitas. Quaisquer que elas sejam: pessoas, flores, imagens, casas, tudo. Gosto de pormenores bonitos. E fotos bonitas. Relaxa-me. E faz-me esquecer de tanta coisa feia que anda por aí.

Hoje entretive-me a ver esta loja, pelo prazer que me dão as cores, pela apresentação, pela forma em que se tornam bonitas coisas tão simples como fitas, alfinetes e tecidos. Apetece-me aproveitar isto tudo para os embrulhos de Natal.

Sometimes I feel so tired - not just physically tired, but mentally tired as well, tired of thinking and spending my energies in useless things - that I distract myself by watching beautiful things. I love all things pretty: people, flowers, images, houses, everything. I like beautiful details. And photos. It relaxes me. Makes me forget about the ugly things in this world.

Today I enjoyed watching this store, the colors, the simple beauty of ribbon, trims and pearl pins. I want to have all of this for my Christmas gift wraps.
