Mint sauce is the perfect accompaniment for roast lamb. And mint sauce is easy, quick and economical to make, especially if you have fresh mint in your backyard or in a pot.
Mint Sauce
1 Tbsp boiling water
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp finely chopped mint (I use spearmint)
2 Tbsp white vinegar
Dissolve sugar in water over a low heat or in the microwave. Stir in mint and vinegar. Cool before serving.
