It's a sunny Sunday, so I decided on light and airy colours. Light pink with gold touches, vintage crystal glasses and flowers on the table. We enjoyed a simple lunch with our family. This is how I love life.

Easter touch...

Olá, queridos amigos! Estive ausente algum tempo, por vezes precisamos de nos ausentar para depois regressar em força... Hoje mostro-vos algumas peças lindas que trouxe para a loja The Shop ❤ e que espero que gostem! Tenho andado apaixonada pelas cores e só imagino as combinações lindas destas loiças numa mesa de Páscoa... não acham? Gostam dos tons pastel? Eu adoro a conjugação das borboletas com os cor-de-rosa, verde-água e azul-bebé... o dourado dá o toque final, que eu acho maravilhoso!

Hi everyone! I've been away for a while, I needed to stay away from everything, so I wasn't in the mood for blogging... But here I am, back with some beauties for The Shop ❤, hoping that you like them as much as I do and that you'll use them to decorate your Easter table! I love these Miss Etoile pieces, the pastel colors with the gold touch really make me smile! I still didn't put them on the online shop, as I will have to calculate the shipping costs individually. Easter colours

Este fim-de-semana tenho algumas coisas para vos mostrar e espero que nos próximos tenha ainda mais. Ainda estou em negociações para a loja online e tratar de tudo sozinha complica sempre um pouco - mas, haja vontade! :)

Uma das coisas que espero que encontrem na loja são alguns artigos de decoração que poderão usar em festas, principalmente para as mesas. Por isso, e porque já ando com o aniversário dos 2 anos da Conchinha na cabeça, vou-vos mostrar algumas coisas dentro do género que espero conseguir pôr à venda. Como a Concha faz anos no final de Março, já próximo da Páscoa, ando a treinar cores e padrões para a mesa dela, que será simples e pequenina, tal como a minha bebé. E como uma mesa passa de bonita a maravilhosa com os doces da Francisca da Cupcake, nada como vos mostrar estas maravilhas que lhe pedi para fazer e que embelezam na perfeição uns pratos com linhas muito próximas de alguns que planeio ter na loja.

This weekend I'm hoping to show you a couple of new things, and I hope to show you even more in the next weeks. I'm still dealing with suppliers for the new shop and having the whole thing done by myself isn't very easy - but I'm happy with it, so I'll manage to do it somehow! :)

One of the things that I'm planning to have on the webshop are decoration objects that you can use in your parties too, especially on the tables. Because of that, and also because I'm already brainstorming with Conchinha's upcoming 2nd anniversary, I'm showing you some things on the lines of what I'm planning to sell. As Concha's birthday is close to Easter, I've practising with colours and patterns, thinking of a small and simple sweet table, just like my baby is. And you know that a table turns from pretty into amazing with Francisca's beautiful sweets (Cupcake), so I asked her to make me these beautiful Easter eggs cookies, that enhance the plates prettiness just the way I imagined they would!

Another week is over...

E assim terminam as férias, sem tempo para nada (blog incluído), mas com algumas coisas tratadas (uff!). Aqui fica um resumo da minha semana, em fotos: o estrado do jardim está pintado de branco, tal como há muito tempo queria (não ficou exactamente como eu gostaria, mas isso arranja-se noutra altura) e a sala continua em renovações - vai entrar um aparador novo, muito giro (eu depois mostro fotos). Ultimamente, apetece-me o cor-de-rosa na decoração, por isso tenho incorporado alguns elementos cá em casa - e quero uma toalha-de-mesa rosa claro com bolas brancas! :).

Comprei uma pechincha na Casa - aquele pratinho e taça turquesas (as flores também são de lá) - adoro o padrão e a cor (e o preço, já agora! ;)).

Em baixo mostro-vos também algumas fotos do lanche que preparamos hoje para as amigas que a Carlota convidou para passarem a tarde cá em casa....

No meio deste calor, estas foram algumas das coisas que fiz durante as mini-férias. E a vossa semana, como foi? Sol, praia e mar? 

And my small vacations are over, with hardly any time to do most of the things I wished (blog included), but with some issues finally solved (uff!). Here's a little resume of my week in photos: we had the back porch floor painted in white, something that I've been wanting for a long time. It's not perfect, but I'll have it done one of these days. I'm still renovating the living-room - we bought a new beautiful console, I'll show you some pictures as soon as it arrives. Lately I love pink details in decor, so I've been incorporating some in our home. Right now, I'm obsessing with Cath Kidston pink polka dot tablecloth, I have to have one! :)

I bought the turquoise dish and bowl in a very cheap store here at Porto, I really like the pattern and color! The silk lilac flowers were bought in the same store. 

I am also showing you some photos of the little luncheon we did for Carlota's friends - she invited them over to play with her in the garden, the weather's been so hot around here, so we assembled the plastic swimming-pool and they really had a great time together!

Well, this was my week - time runs so fast, I can't believe I'm back to work tomorrow!... What about your week? What did you do?

Short vacations...

Hoje entro de férias, durante uma semana. Espero ter tempo de vir aqui para vos visitar e ir mostrando algumas das inspirações para os anos da Carlota (e da Conchinha, que também vai festejar em conjunto com a irmã). Quero ter tempo para o blog! :)
